Economic Development Committee

Building a Stronger Economy. Shaping Escondido's Future.

The Escondido Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Committee brings together business leaders, developers, community stakeholders, and public officials to discuss the opportunities, projects, and policies shaping Escondido's economic future.

Through monthly meetings featuring a different speaker and topic, attendees gain valuable insight into local development projects, business growth initiatives, workforce trends, infrastructure investments, and regional economic issues impacting our community.

Wednesday, October 28 | 12:00 PM
ECC Building 720 N. Broadway

Join the Escondido Chamber of Commerce for our monthly Economic Development Committee Meeting as we welcome Escondido Apartments, LLC, one of our newest Chamber members, for an informative presentation on the proposed Alexan Escondido + Bethel Baptist Church redevelopment project.

Representatives will provide an overview of the proposal, including the vision for a new church campus, housing opportunities, project features, anticipated community benefits, and the development timeline.

Whether you're a business owner, community leader, or resident interested in the future of Escondido, we invite you to attend, hear directly from the project team, and participate in the discussion.

We look forward to seeing you there as we continue the conversation about economic development.
