Founded by Toby O’Dell, a Holistic Health Practitioner with over 18 years of experience, our mission is to provide a safe and supportive space where clients can reduce stress, improve mobility, calm the nervous system, and restore healthy function. We specialize in Therapeutic Bodywork, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Post-Operative Recovery Support, Craniosacral Therapy, Infrared Sauna, and integrative wellness therapies designed to reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and encourage the body’s natural healing processes. At Integrative Bodyworks, we believe intentional touch, education, and whole-person care can create meaningful change—supporting the mind, body, and spirit while empowering our community to live with greater ease, resilience, and vitality.
